How to Upload Requested Documents

How to Upload Requested Documents

In some cases, our support team may request additional documents to help complete your referencing application.

When this happens, you can upload your documents securely through your Tenantviews account  — there’s no need to send anything by email.

When can I upload documents?

You can upload documents only after our support team has requested them.

If additional documents are required:

  • You’ll receive an email notification
  • A “Documents Requested” section will appear in your Tenantviews dashboard

How to upload a document

Follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Tenantviews account {target="_blank"}
  • Go to your Application Dashboard
  • Locate the Documents Requested section
  • For each requested document:
    • Click Choose file
    • Select the correct document from your device
    • Click Upload

Once uploaded, the document will be marked as Received.

Accepted file formats

We accept the following file types:

  • PDF
  • JPG / JPEG
  • PNG Maximum file size: 10MB per file

If your file exceeds the size limit, you may need to compress it before uploading.

Important: Uploading the correct document

Each upload option is linked to a specific document type (for example, payslip or bank statement). Please ensure you upload the correct document for each request. Uploading the wrong file may delay your application.

Deadlines

If a deadline is shown, please upload your documents by that date so we can continue processing your application without delay.

Can I email documents instead?

For security reasons, we do not accept documents by email. All documents must be uploaded through your Tenantviews account.

Need help?

If you’re unsure which document is required or are experiencing technical issues:

  • If you have received a support ticket email from us, please reply directly to that email so your message stays linked to your application.
  • If no ticket has been created, use the contact details provided in your email notification.

Replying to an existing support ticket helps us resolve your query faster.
