How to Invite Team Members

Tenantviews lets you add multiple agents under your agency account. Use the Invite Agent feature to onboard colleagues quickly and securely.
Who can invite
Only users with the following roles can invite new team members:
- Admin
- Super Admin
Where to find the invite option
- Profile menu (top-right) → Invite Agent
- Settings & Support → Manage Invitations → Invite New Agent
Information you’ll need
- First name (required)
- Work email (required, must be unique)
- Role (required; controls access)
- Home branch (optional)
Sending an invite
- Open the Invite Agent page from either entry point above.
- Fill in:
- First Name
- Agent Email
- Assign Home Branch (optional)
- Role (access level) — defaults to Agent
- Select Send Invitation.
What happens next
- The agent receives an email with a secure signup link.
- Link validity: 48 hours.
- On signup, the assigned role and home branch (if provided) are automatically applied.
Manage invitations
Go to Settings → Manage Invitations to:
- View pending invites
- Resend or revoke invites
- Re-invite if an invite has expired
Troubleshooting
- “A user or invitation with this email already exists.”
- The email is already in use or has a pending invite. Check your agent list or Manage Invitations; revoke/clear as needed, then re-invite.
- Invite expired (after 48 hours)
- Send a new invitation to the same email.
- Wrong role/branch selected
- Adjust the agent’s role/branch from your team management after signup.
- Agent didn’t get the email
- Ask them to check spam/junk, confirm the email, then resend from Manage Invitations.

- Can I send bulk invites?
Not yet; invites are sent individually. - Can I change an agent’s role later?
Yes — from your Team Management area. - Can I track pending/expired invites?
Yes — in Settings → Manage Invitations.
